About Me
Elaine Gunning is a licensed agent and also a qualified landlord and tenant lawyer with close links to My Local Solicitor, where she acts as a consultant for this firm.
Elaine grew up in Haverfordwest attended Sir Thomas Picton School and has close links with the area. Prior to opening this company, she managed a large private rental portfolio.
Security Lettings has been in operation for 4 years, surviving through Covid when similar small firms collapsed.
She is now a qualified Rent Smart Wales licensed letting agent and Senior Consultant Solicitor with MLS.
